IPGL (Holdings) Limited is a private holding company which focuses on partnering with experienced management teams to build fast-growing businesses in financial services and other sectors. IPGL’s interest is in developing young businesses into industry leaders over the long term. Over the past 20 years, the group has had considerable success in building a range of financial services industry businesses in the broking, fund management and insurance industries.

IPGL was a significant shareholder in NEX Group plc, a FTSE 250 Company. In November 2018, CME Group completed the acquisition of NEX, creating a global markets company across major asset classes, including equity, indices, FX, agricultural products and metals.

IPGL was the founding shareholder of ICAP plc, the world’s leading markets operator and provider of post trade risk mitigation and information services.
